Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

•       USPS First Class Mail (under 1 lb): estimated 3–5 business days

•       USPS Priority Mail (1 lb+): estimated 2–3 business days

•       Free shipping on orders over $75 (US only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

The Sterling Petal Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by USPS and marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Robin@thesterlingpetal.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If your order was marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before reaching out. We are happy to help file a missing mail claim with USPS.
