Return & Exchange Policy

 

Our Policy

We want you to love your purchase! We accept exchanges and store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

We do not offer cash refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

•       Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

•       Unworn and unwashed

•       In original condition with all tags attached

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•       All jewelry and accessories

•       Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance”

•       Headbands, sunglasses, bags, and home goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately — no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

•       Contact us at Robin@thesterlingpetal.com or via Instagram DM within 14 days of delivery.

•       We will provide a Return Authorization number (RA#) and the return shipping address.

•       Ship the item back at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable method.

•       Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3–5 business days.
