Official Giveaway Rules - Win a $20 Sterling Petal Gift Card

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by The Sterling Petal Boutique, LLC, Kaufman County, Texas.

2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. Entries will be accepted on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time, the day of the Christmas on the Square pop-up.

4. How to Enter. To enter, complete the sign-up form with your name and email address at thesterlingpetal.com/pages/win-a-20-00-gift-card, also reachable by scanning the QR code at our booth. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or submitted by automated means are void. By entering, you agree to join The Sterling Petal email list; you may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a $20.00 The Sterling Petal Boutique digital gift card, redeemable online at thesterlingpetal.com. Approximate retail value: $20.00. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and no substitutions will be made except by the Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection. The winner will be chosen at random using an online name spinner. The drawing will be recorded as a name-spinner video and posted to The Sterling Petal Boutique Facebook page on the evening of the pop-up, Saturday, November 21, 2026. You do not need to be present or watching to win. The winner will be contacted by email within two (2) business days and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Giveaway and, with your entry, to send marketing emails you may opt out of at any time. We do not sell your information.

9. Platform Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or TikTok.

10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Winner's Name. The first name and last initial of the winner may be announced on our website and social media. To request confirmation of the winner, email Info@thesterlingpetal.com.
